Review on Book 1

This book brilliantly captures the clash between survival instincts and moral integrity in a lawless universe. Remi’s internal conflicts and the vivid depiction of the Scorpion crew make this a deeply human story despite its cosmic backdrop. The authors’ ability to weave action with philosophical undertones is outstanding.

Get Lost in the Abyss

Lost in the Abyss is centered around a vast, lawless expanse of space called the Abyss, where piracy and survival dominate. Key locations include Tort Nebula, a barren planetoid known for its harsh environment and the infamous BoneYard tavern, a hub for trade and debauchery among pirates and outlaws. The Abyss is dotted with derelict ships, scavenger-infested zones, and dangerous pirate strongholds like the Scorpion, Captain Mataios’ infamous vessel. Beyond this, the story spans politically charged systems like Elban, a kingdom embroiled in rebellion, and Capella, a prosperous empire marked by luxury and moral contradictions. Each location adds to the tension between survival, power, and morality in this richly crafted universe.
